St Hild Centre for Church Planting (sthildplanting.org)
The goal is equipping order Christians to be able to openly talk about Jesus; and equip ordinary churches to be able to start new churches.
First offering, accessed through the website and managed by St Hild are:
Resources to make it easier to talk about Jesus through the year (e/g candy canes, Seedpaper)
A national Everyone Everywhere conference, Leeds, Oct 8th with Dave Ferguson from Exponential/New Thing speaking. ‘Everyone Everywhere: the national baptist conference on sharing Jesus and starting churches’
The offer of Assocation roadshows
Ultimately access to ‘evangelism training’ video based training (this is a bigger project I am just developing in partnership with YBA). ‘Everyone Everywhere: growing your confidence to speak about Jesus’.
A ‘I would like to know how to become a Christian’ option.
So I could imagine all of the above having their own tab on the home page.
In terms of brief answers to your three questions
What this is: a national available way of helping every Baptist Christian and Baptist Church see more people become Christians by making it easier to talk about Jesus individually, and easier to start a new Christian community.
Who is it for?: Probably three key audiences: 1. The ordinary Christian. 2. The ordinary church esp minister or leaders. 3. Associations.
What does it do? That’s the above: provide all these things.
